Design & Durability:
Rugged Build: Features a robust, often rubberized or textured exterior designed to withstand bumps, drops, and the elements.
Waterproof Rating: Typically rated **IPX7**. This means it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. It’s excellent for poolside, beach, showers, heavy rain, or accidental drops in water.
Portable: Compact and relatively lightweight, often coming with a built-in carrying strap or handle for easy transport.

Sound Performance:
Output Power: Usually around 16W (RMS) total, often achieved through dual drivers (e.g., 2x 8W).
Sound Signature: Tuned for loudness and clarity outdoors. Bass is present but not overwhelmingly deep or punchy (typical for its size/price). Mids and highs are generally clear enough for vocals and instruments, making it suitable for podcasts, background music, and parties.
Outdoor Focus: Designed to project sound well in open spaces, cutting through ambient noise better than smaller, less powerful speakers.

Battery Life:
Capacity: Equipped with a large 4000mAh rechargeable battery.
Playtime: Offers impressive battery life, typically 15-20 hours at moderate volume levels. This is a major strength for extended outdoor activities like camping, beach days, or festivals.

Connectivity & Features:
Bluetooth: Uses Bluetooth 5.0 (or newer), providing a stable connection with a good range (typically up to 10-15 meters) and lower power consumption.
TWS Pairing: A key feature allows you to wirelessly connect two Y887 speakers together for true stereo sound (left/right channel separation), significantly enhancing the audio experience.
Built-in Microphone: Includes a noise-cancelling mic for hands-free speakerphone calls.
Auxiliary Input: Features a 3.5mm AUX port for connecting non-Bluetooth devices via a cable (cable often included).
TF Card/USB Playback: Supports playing music directly from MicroSD cards (TF) and USB flash drives (MP3/WMA formats).
TWS Function: As mentioned, allows stereo pairing with a second unit.
LED Lights: Often features multi-color LED lights that pulse or sync with the music, adding a party atmosphere (can usually be turned off).
